My writing career began as a foundation to support my filmmaking aspirations. After graduating from film school in 2008, I worked in various roles in the entertainment industry including actor, director, camera operator, stand-up comedian, and the unglamorous role of a production assistant. The transitions brought one certainty; no matter how far I strayed, I would return to writing.
